Hi i'm really new to this I downloaded the videos to my Mac book air but it doesn't work and it says the it doesn't support the format, do I need to download a program to play the videos?

Hi

Those videos are in 2 parts that need to be joined together to make one file which I'm guessing is the problem. All my stuff is done on a Mac so you shouldn't have any problems but you may need some additional software.

If you haven't joined the files together I've been using AJoiner or Split&Concat - which you should be able to find in any web search.

If the files won't play after they're joined, then I would recommend getting VLC media player cos it will play just about anything.
